STATUS: ACTIVE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION — FBI · White House · NNSA · House Oversight Committee
Eleven scientists, engineers, and senior military officers with documented links to nuclear, aerospace, and UAP-adjacent programs have died or vanished since 2022. The cases cluster around JPL, Los Alamos, LANL, Wright-Patterson AFB, and the New Mexico nuclear corridor. Rep. Burlison: “They literally just disappeared. Left all their devices at home. This is NOT NORMAL.”
⚡ LATEST INTELLIGENCE
Liberation Times (April 23, 2026): A late senior Air Force officer has been formally linked to an alleged UAP legacy program — a private corporation holding exotic vehicle technology with US intelligence agency oversight. The officer’s identity has not been publicly confirmed.
Liberation Times (confirmed): Matthew Sullivan was not merely a whistleblower about UAP programs — he was directly involved in an exotic vehicle legacy program, working for a private corporation with a US intelligence agency during and after his active Air Force service. He served at NASIC, NSA, Air Force Intelligence Agency, US CENTCOM, and US INDOPACOM.
THE 6 DEAD
CASE 1 — Amy Eskridge, 34 | Huntsville AL | Died June 11, 2022
- Institution: Institute for Exotic Science (co-founded with retired NASA engineer Richard Eskridge)
- Research: Anti-gravity technology, exotic physics, planned UAP/ET public disclosure
- Official ruling: Self-inflicted gunshot wound
- Pre-death threats (recorded 2020-2021): “It’s escalating. More aggressive, more invasive — digging through my underwear drawer and sexual threats.” Reported DEW burns across her entire body.
- British intelligence assessment: Retired officer Franc Milburn submitted evidence to Congress concluding it was NOT suicide
- Significance: Only scientist who explicitly stated she was planning UAP/ET disclosure and was receiving escalating threats before her death
CASE 2 — Michael David Hicks, 59 | JPL | Died July 30, 2023
- Institution: NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (24-year career 1998–2022)
- Research: DART Project, Deep Space 1 mission, asteroids and comets
- Cause of death: NEVER PUBLICLY DISCLOSED
- Cluster: JPL. First confirmed death in the timeline.
CASE 3 — Matthew James Sullivan, 39 | Falls Church VA | Died May 12, 2024
- Institution: National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright-Patterson AFB — Deputy Director
- Status: WAS SCHEDULED TO TESTIFY AS A UAP WHISTLEBLOWER IN A FEDERAL CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRY
- Died within 2 weeks of being contacted for congressional testimony
- IC Inspector General: Designated case “urgent and credible” — referred to FBI
- Confirmed (Liberation Times): Sullivan was directly involved in an exotic vehicle legacy program operated by a private corporation with IC oversight
- Grusch: Worked alongside Sullivan — now driving the investigation into his death
- Rep. Burlison: Formally requested FBI Director Kash Patel open foul play investigation
- Cause of death: Ruled suicide. Medical examiner determination not yet publicly released.
CASE 4 — Frank Maiwald, 61 | JPL | Died July 4, 2024
- Institution: NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory — Principal Researcher
- Research: VSWIR instrument for Surface Biology and Geology mission; life-detection programs for Europa and Enceladus
- Cause of death: NEVER MADE PUBLIC
- Cluster: JPL. Second JPL researcher to die with cause of death withheld.
CASE 5 — Nuno F.G. Loureiro, 47 | MIT | Died December 15, 2025
- Institution: MIT — Director, Plasma Science and Fusion Center; Professor of Nuclear Science and Engineering
- Research: Fusion energy, plasma physics — directly adjacent to exotic propulsion physics
- Death: Fatally shot at his Brookline MA home. Part of multi-target shooting also targeting Brown University.
- Shooter: Claudio Manuel Neves Valente — found dead by self-inflicted gunshot in NH 3 days later
CASE 6 — Carl Grillmair, 67 | Caltech/NASA | Died February 16, 2026
- Institution: Caltech Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC). NASA collaboration.
- Research: Dark matter, galactic structures, Spitzer Space Telescope, NEOWISE. Discovered water on distant exoplanet.
- Death: Shot outside his home in Llano, Antelope Valley CA
- CRITICAL: Shooter Freddy Snyder had previously been ARRESTED for trespassing on Grillmair’s property while armed with a rifle in December 2025. The felony charge was DROPPED — then he killed Grillmair weeks later.
- Motive: Not released. A prior armed trespasser whose felony charge was dropped is not random crime.
THE 5 MISSING
CASE 7 — Anthony Chavez, 79 | LANL | Missing since May 8, 2025
- Institution: Former employee, Los Alamos National Laboratory
- Circumstances: Left home on foot. No phone, wallet, or keys. Car in driveway. Has not been seen since.
- Cluster: New Mexico / LANL
CASE 8 — Melissa Casias, 53 | LANL | Missing since June 26, 2025
- Institution: Los Alamos National Laboratory — Administrative employee WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE
- CRITICAL: Both personal AND work phones factory-reset before disappearance — deliberate data wipe
- Circumstances: Car and personal belongings found at home. Had upcoming plans to care for mother post-surgery. Family insists disappearance NOT voluntary.
- Cluster: New Mexico / LANL
CASE 9 — Monica Jacinto Reza, 60 | JPL | Missing since June 22, 2025
- Institution: NASA JPL — DIRECTOR of Materials Processing Group
- Research: Invented ‘Mondaloy’ — patented nickel-based super-alloy for reusable space vehicles and advanced weapons platforms. Funded by NASA and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
- WITNESSED VANISHING: Was walking 30 steps behind another hiker on Angeles National Forest trail when she simply ceased to exist. No body. No trace.
- MCCASLAND LINK: McCasland was Materials Wing Director at AFRL/Kirtland AFB 2001–2004 — the exact period his group funded Reza’s Mondaloy research. DIRECT DOCUMENTED PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP. Both now missing.
- Cluster: JPL / Anti-Gravity Materials
CASE 10 — Steven Garcia, 48 | Albuquerque NM | Missing since August 28, 2025
- Institution: Government contractor — Kansas City National Security Campus, Albuquerque NM (produces ~85% of all non-nuclear components for US nuclear weapons)
- Circumstances: Left home on foot carrying a handgun. Left behind phone, wallet, keys, car. Top security clearance.
- Cluster: New Mexico nuclear corridor
CASE 11 — Maj. Gen. William ‘Neil’ McCasland, 68 | Missing since February 27, 2026
- Institution: Retired USAF Major General. Commanded AFRL at Wright-Patterson AFB. Commanded Phillips Research Site at Kirtland AFB 2001–2004. GPS program and Space Based Laser Project Office.

- TIMING: Disappeared mere DAYS after Trump announced on Truth Social he would release classified UAP files
- Phone evidence: Left phone, prescription glasses, wearable devices. Took hiking boots, wallet, .38-caliber revolver.
- Wife’s 911 call (released April 3, 2026): He ALWAYS had his phone. He CHANGED HIS CLOTHES before leaving. Disappeared in ONE-HOUR WINDOW while she was out. Met with a hired repairman just before vanishing — repairman not publicly identified.
- Cluster: Wright-Patterson / New Mexico / Anti-Gravity Materials (Reza link)
THE PATTERNS
The Testimony Pattern — The Mechanism
The most critical pattern: individuals contacted by Congress for UAP testimony died or vanished before they could speak.
- Sullivan: Asked for Congressional interview → DEAD within 2 weeks → IC IG: “urgent and credible”
- McCasland: Contacted TWICE by Burlison about UAP → NO RESPONSE → vanished days after Trump UAP announcement
- Eskridge: Planning public UAP/ET disclosure → received escalating threats including DEW attack → dead
The Phone Pattern
McCasland: left phone at home (wife confirmed he always carried it). Casias: both phones factory-reset. Garcia: left without devices. The devices were either abandoned to prevent tracking or wiped to eliminate evidence.
The McCasland–Reza Professional Link
Monica Reza invented the Mondaloy super-alloy under programs that McCasland supervised and funded at AFRL/Kirtland 2001–2004. They had a direct documented professional relationship. Both are now missing from the same geographic region. This is the strongest documented connection between any two cases.
The DOE Pattern
JPL operates under DOE/Caltech. LANL is directly DOE. KCNSC is DOE/NNSA. NNSA is conducting its own probe. The Department of Energy — identified by UAP Gerb as the primary cover architecture for UAP programs via the Atomic Energy Act — is connected to virtually every institution in this case.
