PUBLIC WHISTLEBLOWER — ACTIVE

Core Disclosure

The US government has been retrieving craft of non-human origin for decades. Non-human biologics have been recovered. People have been harmed and killed to maintain secrecy. The programme operates outside Congressional oversight and outside the normal SAP architecture.

David Grusch served as a decorated combat officer in Afghanistan and subsequently in the intelligence community, including as the National Reconnaissance Office’s representative to the UAP Task Force (2019-2021) and as the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis (2021-2022). In 2023 he filed a whistleblower complaint with the IC Inspector General describing multi-decade crash retrieval and reverse-engineering programmes. The IG deemed his complaint ‘urgent and credible’ and referred it to the FBI and Congress. He testified under oath on July 26, 2023 before the House Oversight Committee — the first senior intelligence official to do so publicly about non-human craft recovery.

Key Testimony

We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities. The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.

— Grusch, sworn testimony, July 26 2023

I was informed, in the course of my official duties, of a multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse-engineering program to which I was denied access. People have been harmed, and I have witnessed that harm.

Non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin, based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures.

Why This Matters

Grusch is the most senior intelligence official to testify under oath about non-human craft recovery. His complaint was the first to receive an IC Inspector General ‘urgent and credible’ determination on UAP. His testimony was cleared for public release by DoD’s Office of Prepublication and Security Review — meaning the government explicitly approved his on-record statements. He was corroborated by multiple independent sources on and off the record. He subsequently joined Rep. Burlison’s congressional staff as a UAP advisor.
