DPI Archive: The Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive (dpiarchive.com)

The Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive (DPI Archive) is one of the largest civilian UAP document repositories in existence. Spanning 33 years of accumulated research, it houses thousands of FOIA releases, declassified government records, historical UFO investigation files, congressional documents, and original witness testimony — much of it not found anywhere else.

What the DPI Archive Contains

  • FOIA releases spanning the 1940s through present
  • Declassified intelligence community documents on UAP-related programs
  • Congressional records, hearings, and briefing materials
  • Historical USAF Project Sign, Project Grudge, and Project Blue Book files
  • Whistleblower testimony collected over three decades
  • Crash retrieval research documents and case files
  • Video evidence and original media
  • International records covering UAP cases worldwide

Why It Matters

In 2022, the Senate Intelligence Committee referenced the DPI Archive in the context of its UAP document research requirements under the National Defense Authorization Act provisions — one of the few times a civilian UAP archive has received explicit legislative acknowledgment. This places the DPI Archive in rare company alongside The Black Vault as a primary research infrastructure source recognised by US lawmakers.

DPI Archive vs The Black Vault

The DPI Archive and The Black Vault are complementary rather than redundant research infrastructures:

  • The Black Vault excels at active FOIA pursuit, ongoing case discovery, and current-events tracking.
  • The DPI Archive excels at deep historical preservation — particularly the 1970s–1990s era of UFO research that mainstream archives have largely ignored.

For serious UAP investigators and journalists, both archives are essential. Many cases require cross-referencing — a name in a recent 2023 FOIA release may have first appeared in a 1978 document preserved only in the DPI Archive.
