UAP Oracle Intelligence Profile
David Charles Grusch
b. 1986 | Deployments: Afghanistan | Last active role: NGA UAP co-lead 2021-2022
David Grusch is the most significant UAP whistleblower in American history. A decorated combat veteran with Top Secret/SCI clearances, he served as the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and the NRO’s representative to the UAP Task Force. In June 2023 he went public with claims that the US government has been running a multi-decade crash retrieval and reverse engineering programme — and that people have been harmed in its cover-up. His allegations were deemed ‘credible and urgent’ by the IC Inspector General.
Key Claims
▶The US government has retrieved intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin for decades.
▶Materials include objects with exotic atomic arrangements and radiological signatures inconsistent with known human manufacture.
▶People have been harmed — threatened and in some cases killed — to protect the programme’s secrecy.
▶The 1933 Italian crash in Magenta was the first US-recovered craft, procured in 1944-45 with Vatican and Five Eyes assistance.
▶The IC Inspector General’s complaint was deemed ‘credible and urgent’ — the highest classification available — and referred directly to Congress.
Why Credible
▶Grusch’s on-record statements were cleared for open publication by the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review — meaning the DoD reviewed them and did not block them.
▶He is represented by Charles McCullough III — the original IC Inspector General, whose office oversees all intelligence agencies. McCullough reported his complaint as credible.
▶Karl Nell, retired Army Colonel and former UAPTF representative, described Grusch publicly as ‘beyond reproach.’
▶He testified under oath before Congress on July 26, 2023 — the highest evidentiary standard. Perjury exposure applies.
▶His claims have been independently corroborated by multiple additional sources including Dr. James Lacatski, who confirmed craft possession on record.
Historical Significance
Grusch’s testimony marks the transition of the UAP crash retrieval claim from conspiracy theory to sworn congressional testimony by a decorated intelligence officer. His IC IG complaint triggered formal government investigations. His identification of the testimony-silencing mechanism — through Sullivan’s death and McCasland’s disappearance — connects the historical programme to current events. The Debrief article by Kean and Blumenthal that broke his story is the most significant UAP journalism since the 2017 NYT revelations.
