The Kirtland Underground Munitions Storage Complex (KUMSC), activated 1992, holds up to 2,500 nuclear warheads — the largest underground nuclear weapons storage facility on Earth. CRITICAL: Maj. Gen. William ‘Neil’ McCasland commanded AFRL at Wright-Patterson AND served as Materials Wing Director at AFRL Space Vehicle Directorate — a unit that funded Monica Reza’s Mondaloy superalloy research at JPL. McCasland also commanded Phillips Research Site at Kirtland AFB 2001–2004. His office was 3.5 miles from the KUMSC facility. Reza invented advanced materials for space vehicles and weapons platforms — funded directly by McCasland’s AFRL division. Both McCasland and Reza are now MISSING. The question: what classified materials programs connecting KUMSC infrastructure to advanced propulsion ran through their shared professional relationship?

AFOSI Special Agent Richard Doty was stationed at KIRTLAND AFB when he ran the Paul Bennewitz operation — feeding fabricated alien intelligence to an Albuquerque businessman who had begun investigating Dulce. Bennewitz suffered a psychological breakdown and was eventually institutionalised. Doty also fed fake MJ-12 documents to filmmaker Linda Moulton Howe. THE SAME RICHARD DOTY appears in our MJ-12 dossier as a documented disinformation operative of the Control Group. The Kirtland-Dulce-Doty triangle represents the clearest documented case of the government using a DUMB-adjacent location as both a classified site AND a disinformation anchor to discredit researchers who got too close. On November 11, 1975 — the exact day PM Gough Whitlam was scheduled to brief the Australian Parliament exposing the CIA’s secret presence — Governor-General John Kerr dismissed him from office. Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) holds US Patent 3,693,731 (1972): a nuclear-powered tunnel boring machine that melts rock and leaves vitrified glass-lined tunnels. The 1973 LANL study “Systems and Cost Analysis for a Nuclear Subterrene Tunneling Machine” was classified under PROJECT CAMELOT. The machine circulates liquid lithium from a compact nuclear reactor to the drill face at 700–930°C. No spoil material — the rock becomes the tunnel wall. ROBERT SALTER (RAND Corporation) separately proposed a continental subterrene subway: New York to Los Angeles in under 1 hour via magnetic levitation in evacuated tunnels. ALL patent inventors are from Los Alamos, NM. Anthony Chavez (LANL, missing May 2025) and Melissa Casias (LANL, missing June 2025, phones factory-reset) both worked at the same facility that designed and patented this classified construction technology. The question is not whether these tunnels exist. The question is what they connect.

The Dulce Base beneath Archuleta Mesa, New Mexico is alleged to be a 7-level joint human-alien facility. THOMAS CASTELLO — claimed former security officer — leaked photographs and floor plans before dying in 1995 with his family in circumstances ruled suicide. PHIL SCHNEIDER — structural engineer / explosives expert — claimed 17 years building DUMBs including Dulce, survived a firefight with EBEs in 1979 (60 humans killed), then spent 2 years on public speaking tours before dying January 1996 found with a rubber catheter wrapped around his neck. New Mexico contains the densest concentration of classified nuclear and aerospace infrastructure in the United States — and the highest concentration of our 13 missing and dead scientists. Total construction cost: estimated $1 BILLION (inflation-adjusted). 600,000–700,000 square feet of underground space. Northrop Grumman’s classified electromagnetic research facility on privately-owned Tejon Ranch in the Tehachapi Mountains. Public cover: radar cross-section (RCS) testing for stealth aircraft including the B-2 bomber. The antenna test ranges are nicknamed “Ant Hill” in Northrop internal documents. Hydraulic pedestals rise from underground through diamond-shaped openings — indicating deep sub-surface infrastructure. EDWARDS AFB: where Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier; home of the 412th Test Group. Exposed by Washington Post 1992; decommissioned shortly after. The original architecture-of-secrecy template: a presidential-resort cover concealing a bunker complex with blast doors, decontamination chambers, House and Senate chambers. Demonstrated that US-government underground facilities of significant scale can be operated for decades without public knowledge — and that the cover can be a hospitality property anyone can visit. Officially the proposed federal repository for high-level nuclear waste. 5-mile primary tunnel + extensive secondary galleries. Authorised by Congress 1987; DOE-controlled site. Located 15 miles from the Nevada Test Site, immediately adjacent to Area 51 / S-4 / Tonopah Test Range. UAP Gerb framework: DOE-controlled underground sites with nuclear-adjacency are exactly the cover architecture the Atomic Energy Act enables for any classified program — “baked in at every level.” Whether or not Yucca specifically holds non-conventional material, it sits geographically and administratively at the centre of the New Mexico / Nevada classified corridor.
