The Pattern
Before documenting the individual cases, the analytical pattern must be stated plainly. Three overlapping clusters define this investigation:
The Testimony Pattern: Mark Sullivan asked for a Congressional interview and was dead within two weeks — the Intelligence Community Inspector General classified his case as “urgent and credible.” Col. McCasland was contacted twice by Rep. Eric Burlison about UAP and did not respond — then vanished days after Trump’s disclosure announcement. Richard Eskridge was planning public UAP/ET disclosure, received escalating threats including a DEW attack, and died. David Wilcock publicly warned about the missing scientists and was dead 48 hours later. Congressional contact → death or disappearance before testimony. This pattern repeats.
The Phone Pattern: McCasland left his phone at home (his wife confirmed he always carried it). Casias had both his personal and work phones factory-reset. Garcia left without devices. In a federal missing persons investigation, abandoned or wiped devices are evidence of either preparation for disappearance or coercion.
The DoE Network Pattern: JPL operates under DoE/Caltech. LANL is directly DoE. KCNSC is a DoE/NNSA site. NNSA is conducting its own probe. UAP Gerb’s research identifies the DoE — specifically the Atomic Energy Act classification architecture — as the primary cover structure for UAP reverse engineering programmes. Every institution in this case connects to that network.

1. Richard Eskridge

Institute for Exotic Science | Anti-Gravity Research | DEW Injuries
Researcher at the Institute for Exotic Science working on anti-gravity and DEW from UAP technology. Pre-death: received escalating threats, suffered documented burns consistent with directed energy weapon exposure, and was planning a public UAP/ET disclosure. British intelligence officer who examined the case concluded the death was NOT suicide. Most direct physical evidence of hostile action against any researcher in this case file.
2. Mark Sullivan

NASIC / Wright-Patterson AFB | UAP Whistleblower | IC IG: URGENT AND CREDIBLE
Worked at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson AFB — the facility most associated with Roswell debris storage and UAP reverse engineering per multiple independent whistleblowers including Grusch. Sullivan asked for a Congressional interview about UAP. He was dead within two weeks of that request. The Intelligence Community Inspector General assessed his case as “urgent and credible.” He died before he could testify. This is the clearest documented instance of the testimony suppression pattern in the entire case file.
3. Col. Matthew McCasland

AFRL Commander / Wright-Patterson & Kirtland AFB | Vanished Feb 27, 2026
Commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB and later Kirtland AFB — the two facilities most directly connected to UAP reverse engineering in the whistleblower record. Rep. Eric Burlison contacted McCasland twice about UAP. McCasland did not respond. He vanished February 27, 2026 — days after Trump’s UAP disclosure announcement. Wife’s 911 call (released April 3, 2026) confirmed: he ALWAYS carried his phone (left it at home), he CHANGED HIS CLOTHES before leaving, disappeared in a one-hour window while his wife was out, and had just met with a hired repairman. The repairman has not been publicly identified. Professional connection to Monica Reza (Mondaloy super-alloy) directly documented.
4. Monica Reza

JPL-affiliated researcher who invented the Mondaloy super-alloy — an advanced materials programme funded and supervised by McCasland at AFRL/Kirtland 2001-2004. The McCasland-Reza professional connection is the strongest documented link between any two cases in this file. Reza vanished in 2025 in circumstances documented as anomalous: a witness reportedly saw her vanish from 30 steps away with no intervening cover. This is one of the few cases where the mechanism of disappearance itself is documented as physically extraordinary.

JPL researcher, died 2023. Cause of death has not been publicly disclosed. Part of the LA-area cluster (Hicks, Maiwald, Reza, Grillmair — four LA-area aerospace researchers).

MIT | Fusion Research | December 2025
MIT fusion researcher, shot dead December 2025. Fusion research connects directly to the energy physics thread of UAP propulsion studies — plasma compression fusion is the energy source proposed in the Salvatore Pais Navy patents. MIT has had documented connections to advanced propulsion research and AAWSAP-adjacent programmes.
8. Dr. Charles Grillmair
SHOT DEAD
Caltech / NASA | Shot February 16, 2026 | Dropped Felony Charge
Caltech/NASA-adjacent astronomer shot dead on his property porch on February 16, 2026. The killer, Freddy Snyder, had been arrested for trespassing on Grillmair’s isolated desert property while armed with a rifle in December 2025. The felony charge was dropped. Snyder was released. He killed Grillmair weeks later. The dropped charge is the anomaly: a random disturbed individual does not have felony weapons charges quietly dropped. Someone wanted Snyder out of custody before Grillmair was killed.
9. Santiago Casias

Los Alamos National Laboratory | June 2025 | Both Phones Factory-Reset
LANL researcher who vanished June 2025. Both his personal phone AND work phone were factory-reset before his disappearance. This is not an accident — factory-resetting two separate devices requires deliberate action and time. Someone either coerced him into wiping the devices, or they were wiped for him. LANL is a primary DoE/NNSA site and the most significant nuclear weapons research facility in the United States outside of Los Alamos itself.
10. Miguel Chavez

Los Alamos National Laboratory | May 2025 | New Mexico Cluster
LANL researcher, vanished May 2025. Part of the New Mexico cluster — four people (McCasland, Casias, Chavez, Garcia) who vanished from the most classified nuclear and aerospace corridor in the United States within a twelve-month window. New Mexico hosts LANL, Kirtland AFB, Sandia National Labs, Holloman AFB, and White Sands — the operational core of the American nuclear and black aerospace programme.
11. Daniel Garcia

Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) | August 2025 | Left Without Devices
KCNSC researcher, vanished August 2025. Left without any devices. KCNSC — the Kansas City National Security Campus — is a DoE/NNSA nuclear weapons component manufacturing facility. It produces non-nuclear components for US nuclear warheads. Its researcher population has direct access to classified nuclear weapons engineering information.
12. Dr. Ning Li

University of Alabama / AC Gravity LLC | Anti-Gravity | US Army Contractor
Chinese-American physicist who developed AC gravity superconductor disc technology with US Army funding, formed private company AC Gravity LLC in 1999, then disappeared from public view entirely until her death in 2021. No results from AC Gravity LLC were ever publicly disclosed. Rep. Burlison flagged her as an additional case connected to the investigation. Her death preceded the main wave of cases but follows the same pattern: researcher working on UAP-adjacent exotic physics with government funding who disappears from view before dying.

Publicly warned about the pattern of missing scientists. Dead 48 hours later, apparent suicide. The timing is the data point — not the method. Whether the death was caused, coerced, or coincidental cannot be established from public information. The 48-hour window between public warning and death is documented. It has been noted by congressional investigators.

The Congressional Investigators
Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO-07) has been the primary congressional driver of this investigation — contacting McCasland directly, flagging Ning Li as an additional case, and pushing the House Oversight Committee to issue formal agency briefing demands. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN-02), Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL-23), Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL-13), and Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC-01) are all members of the UAP Caucus and active on the broader disclosure file. This is bipartisan. UAP has more congressional support than any mainstream media coverage suggests.
