Physics Lab — The Science of UAP Propulsion

The UAP craft described by military witnesses require physics that does not exist in public scientific literature. But it exists in classified DIA research. AAWSAP commissioned peer-reviewed studies into warp drive, traversable wormholes, negative energy, stargates, and extra dimensions — under a $22 million US government contract, classified for fifteen years. A Chinese-American physicist at the University of Alabama built a working anti-gravity device with US Army funding, then vanished from public view. The Navy filed patents on inertial mass reduction via electromagnetic fields. The Wilson-Davis memo describes active reverse engineering of non-human technology by a private defence contractor. The physics of UAP propulsion is not theoretical speculation. It has been funded, studied, patented, and classified.

AAWSAP: The DIA Physics Programme (2007-2012)

The Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program received $22 million from the Defense Intelligence Agency, awarded to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS). DIA-commissioned research topics obtained through FOIA and congressional disclosure include: traversable wormholes, stargates, and negative energy (led by Eric Davis of EarthTech International); warp drive, dark energy, and manipulation of extra dimensions (EarthTech/Puthoff); high-frequency gravitational wave generation; invisibility cloaking; hypersonic vehicle structural integrity; and biological effects on UAP witnesses.

BAASS produced a 494-page report documenting worldwide UAP sightings over several decades. These research topics were not commissioned by enthusiasts. They were funded by the DIA, produced by credentialed scientists, and classified. Their existence implies the DIA had operational reason to believe they were relevant to what was being observed.

Hal Puthoff and Zero-Point Energy

Harold “Hal” Puthoff directed Project Stargate — the CIA/DIA remote viewing programme — from 1972 to 1985. He then founded EarthTech International in Austin, Texas, which became the primary institution for zero-point energy (ZPE) research and advanced propulsion physics in the US. EarthTech received DIA funding through AAWSAP. His ZPE research centres on the quantum vacuum — the theoretical minimum energy state of spacetime which quantum field theory predicts contains vast energy at the Planck scale. A craft interacting with the quantum vacuum directly would exhibit instantaneous acceleration, no thermal signature, no propellant exhaust, and unlimited range. This is the energy model that makes every other element of this page coherent.

Ning Li: AC Gravity and the Superconductor Disc

Dr. Ning Li was a Chinese-American physicist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Between 1991 and 1993 she and colleague Douglas Torr published peer-reviewed papers describing a mechanism for producing anti-gravity effects: rotating ions in a Bose-Einstein condensate trapped in a high-temperature superconducting disc create a gravitomagnetic field producing a repulsive force against gravity. NASA and the US Army Aviation and Missile Command funded her research. Popular science coverage described her as potentially close to a working anti-gravity device.

In 1999 she left the university to form AC Gravity LLC, receiving further US Army funding. Then she disappeared from public view. No further publications. No interviews. AC Gravity LLC produced no public records. She died in Huntsville on July 27, 2021, aged 78. What AC Gravity LLC produced under US Army contract has never been publicly disclosed.

The Salvatore Pais Navy Patents

Between 2016 and 2019, Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais — aerospace engineer at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division — filed patents describing technologies matching observed UAP performance. Patent US10144532B2 describes a craft generating high-frequency electromagnetic waves around its hull to reduce inertial and gravitational mass. A craft with reduced inertial mass experiences acceleration disproportionate to applied force — exactly what witnesses describe. Companion patents describe a compact plasma fusion reactor and a room-temperature superconductor — solving the power and cooling problems for the propulsion system.

When the USPTO challenged the patents as not credible, the Navy submitted an official letter stating the technologies were achievable “in the near future” and that China was already developing similar capabilities. The Navy’s institutional endorsement of inertial mass reduction via electromagnetic field manipulation is one of the most significant official acknowledgements of exotic propulsion physics in any unclassified document.

The Wilson-Davis Memo

In 2019, a 15-page document leaked attributed to a 2002 meeting between EarthTech physicist Eric Davis and retired Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. The document describes Wilson attempting to access a classified UAP crash-retrieval programme and being denied — told by a Special Access Programme contractor that he lacked need-to-know despite his DIA directorship. He learned of an active programme in which non-human technology was being reverse-engineered by a private defence contractor, with oversight deliberately structured to prevent elected officials and senior military leadership from accessing it.

Davis has not confirmed or denied the document. Wilson has denied its contents. Researchers assessing authenticity based on metadata, content specificity, and consistency with other whistleblower testimony have concluded the document is likely genuine. If genuine, it is the most direct documentary evidence of an active reverse engineering programme outside the chain of command — consistent with Grusch, Elizondo, and UAP Gerb’s research.

What the Physics Converges On

AAWSAP’s research, Ning Li’s AC gravity, the Pais patents, and Puthoff’s ZPE work all describe the same class of physics: electromagnetic manipulation of gravitational and inertial fields, energy extraction from the quantum vacuum, and mass modification via superconductor-generated interactions. Combined these produce a craft with propellantless propulsion, inertial mass reduction for high-G manoeuvres without structural failure, variable optical and radar signature, and unlimited range. The DIA funded the theory. The US Army funded the hardware. The Navy filed the engineering patents. The question the public record cannot answer is whether this research was developed from first principles — or from analysis of recovered technology.
