// TIER 4 — Pilot & Whistleblower Testimony
First-hand testimony from named individuals with documented sensor or institutional access. Direct interviews and Congressional testimony — primary-source witnesses, not journalism about them.
Cmdr. David Fravor — USS Nimitz “Tic Tac” (November 14, 2004)
F/A-18F Super Hornet pilot who engaged the Tic Tac UAP off the USS Nimitz strike group. Direct visual contact with the object before FLIR-1 was recorded. Has testified to House Oversight (July 26, 2023) and given multiple long-form interviews. Most consequential single first-hand pilot account in modern UAP record.

Capt. Robert Salas — Malmstrom AFB ICBM Shutdown (March 24, 1967)
USAF deputy missile combat crew commander on duty at Echo Flight, Malmstrom AFB. Up to 10 Minuteman ICBMs simultaneously dropped offline (“no-go” status) while UAP hovered directly above the silos. Most documented case of UAP demonstrating ability to neutralise the US nuclear deterrent. Salas has testified to the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (2013) and the National Press Club UFOs and Nukes event.

David Grusch — House Oversight Sworn Testimony (July 26, 2023)
Former NRO/UAPTF intelligence officer. Testified under oath that the US has operated a multi-decade non-human craft retrieval and reverse-engineering program. Confirmed recovery of non-human biologics. Stated people have been harmed in the cover-up. The most consequential single piece of testimony in the modern UAP record.

Cmdr. Alex Dietrich — USS Princeton FLIR (November 14, 2004)
Second pilot at the Nimitz Tic Tac event. Was Fravor’s wingman. Confirmed the encounter independently. Came forward publicly in 2021 — added critical second-witness corroboration to a case some had questioned as single-source.

// HISTORICAL IMAGERY
- 1561 Nuremberg woodcut — Hans Glaser’s broadsheet depicting “celestial phenomenon” over Nuremberg, Germany, April 14, 1561. Often cited as historical reference point; image is at the Wikimedia Commons / Zurich Central Library.
- 1947 Roswell Daily Record — front-page article “RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region” (July 8). Retracted next day to “weather balloon” cover story.
- McMinnville, Oregon (May 11, 1950) — Trent farm photographs. Among the most-analyzed UFO photos in the historical record. The 1969 Condon Report concluded they could not be ruled out as a hoax but also could not be ruled out as genuine.
- Project Blue Book photo archive — partially digitized at the National Archives (RG-341, Project Blue Book, 1947–1969). 12,618 cases, 701 marked “unknown.”
// EDITORIAL FRAME
UAP Oracle’s media standard: video and imagery alone do not constitute proof of anything beyond what they show. The corroboration question — what other sensors, what other witnesses, what radar tracks, what FLIR signatures — is what separates Tier 1 evidence from Tier 3. The same object on a phone camera is suggestive; on a phone camera + radar + FLIR + multiple trained military observers, it becomes the kind of case Congress holds hearings about.
Gallery is a starting reference. Individual cases will receive dedicated case-file pages over time. Cross-reference: Global Incidents for full incident write-ups.
