Core Disclosure
The Pentagon ran a secret UAP programme for years while publicly denying it. UAP represent technology not made by any government on Earth. Recovered materials exist. He witnessed the suppression architecture from the inside.
Luis Elizondo directed the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) from the Pentagon, a $22 million programme that investigated UAP encounters. In October 2017, he resigned in protest at government secrecy and opposition to the investigation, writing in his resignation letter to Defense Secretary Mattis that the programme was not being taken seriously. He subsequently worked with Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy and was instrumental in the release of the FLIR, GIMBAL, and GOFAST videos. He has named Pax River as a UAP material storage site in written congressional testimony.
Key Testimony

— Elizondo, 2024
I was informed that funding for the hangar, approximately $10 million, was allocated at the request of then-Representative Steny Hoyer.
— Elizondo, written congressional testimony on Pax River hangar
The reason I left the government was because people weren’t taking this issue seriously and we had compelling evidence that there was something real here.
