Latin America’s UAP Infrastructure: Chile, Brazil, Uruguay All Predate AARO by Decades
Chile’s UAP programme began in 1968. Brazil’s Operation Saucer ran in 1977. Uruguay’s CRIDOVNI was founded in 1979. All three had formal, funded, staffed UAP investigation systems while the US was officially debunking the phenomenon. Latin America built the world’s most advanced non-US UAP infrastructure — largely unnoticed internationally.
