The 2021 UAPTF report contained nine pages. Most analysts focused on the numbers. Former Marine Corps intelligence analyst Sean Munger focused on two words: signature management. In military intelligence, that term means an object is actively aware of detection systems and taking deliberate steps to avoid them. The UAPTF observed UAP doing exactly that.

General Curtis LeMay — the most powerful air commander in US history, who led bomber crews personally and built the nuclear deterrent — had a documented obsession with UFOs and repeatedly denied access to UFO evidence to people with clearance to see it, including members of Congress. He was also JFK’s fiercest institutional opponent.

Former DNI James Clapper mentioned a covert US Air Force program tracking UFOs in a November 2025 interview. The Air Force declined all comment. Liberation Times documented the exchange and its implications for what the USAF has been running outside public knowledge.

In 2008 the Defense Intelligence Agency awarded $22 million to Bigelow Aerospace to run AAWSAP — the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program. It studied UAP encounters, but also poltergeist activity, cattle mutilations, and paranormal events at Skinwalker Ranch. The program that became AATIP started here.

On November 22 2024 a UK National Police Air Service helicopter at RAF Lakenheath took emergency evasive action after being pursued by a large unidentified object at close proximity. The UKAB concluded the crew misidentified an F-15. The MoD is withholding the full 30-minute FLIR video. Multiple witnesses disagree with the official explanation.

Attorney Daniel Sheehan — representing UAP whistleblowers — identified five powerful Republicans responsible for blocking the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 from being included in the final NDAA. The act would have mandated release of all government UAP records including materials of non-human origin.

Investigative journalist Jeremy Corbell told Liberation Times that the US government and defense contractors — specifically naming Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman — hold multiple undamaged, functional non-human craft and have been exploiting them for derivative weapons technologies.

In 2011 DHS officials tried to establish their own UAP program called Kona Blue. When they knocked on doors at two other government agencies rumored to hold non-human materials they were treated rudely and told “no, and hell no.” They left convinced advanced technology was being held at aerospace contractor facilities.

The Vatican has been running an astronomical observatory since 1582. It holds 550+ deliberately erased manuscripts in 13 languages. Its astronomer asked publicly in 1995: would you baptize an alien? And its digital library contains ancient manuscripts from China, Egypt, Persia and Ethiopia collected by Jesuit missionaries. This is what UAP Oracle found inside the public-facing Vatican archives.

David Grusch testified under oath that Pope Pius XII backchanneled the 1933 Magenta UFO crash to the Americans. The Vatican Apostolic Archive holds 80 kilometres of shelving. The Vatican Digital Library is actively digitising 275,563 manuscripts. The official response: there is no document regarding extraterrestrial life. They said nothing about unidentified aerial phenomena.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said publicly that expectations would be high for UAP file releases, acknowledging the public interest while warning against over-promising. Three months later PURSUE went live with 161 files.

The FBI confirmed it operates a secretive internal UAP Working Group. Agents involved now worry their positions could be eliminated amid broader federal agency restructuring. The Bureau also handed its first batch of classified UAP documents to the Pentagon days before the PURSUE release.

The U.S. Navy denied a FOIA appeal for 78 classified UAP photographs on February 24 2026 — five days after Trump directed all agencies to begin releasing UAP files. The Office of the Judge Advocate General ruled the photos remain classified under national security exemptions with no possibility of segregation.

FOIA documents obtained by The Black Vault reveal NASA held internal meetings in June 2025 to plan communications strategy for announcing confirmed discovery of extraterrestrial life. Key sections remain redacted.

The U.S. Army entered a formal agreement with Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy to test materials allegedly recovered from UAP. They confirmed the testing. Then the secrecy apparatus closed around the results — classified for years.

Declassified documents show AARO convened a Space Tiger Team in late 2023 to build a detection and reporting framework for spaceborne and transmedium UAP. USSPACECOM, NORAD, NSA, NRO and Space Force all participated.

NewsNation May 8 2026: Lue Elizondo and Ross Coulthart both call the first PURSUE release underwhelming. Coulthart reveals a serving astronaut told him privately he has seen enormous objects in orbit but won’t go public because it would be ‘an act of treason.’ Elizondo confirms UAP legacy programs are protected under the covert action legal umbrella.

Luis Elizondo spent 20+ years in Pentagon intelligence before running AATIP. After resigning in October 2017 over institutional indifference to UAP, he became the most visible UAP whistleblower in the world. His book ‘Imminent’ published in 2024 and his legal battles with the Department of Defense are now part of the record.

In October 1955, US Senator Richard B. Russell Jr. — chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee and one of the most powerful men in Washington — saw two disc-shaped craft rise from the ground in the Soviet Union while traveling on a train. His CIA debrief report confirms it. This may be the most senior government witness to a UAP encounter on record.
