CBP Agents at the Mexican-American Border Have Been Encountering UAP — and Were Told to Stay Quiet

A former Customs and Border Patrol agent has broken silence with The Debrief to document systematic UAP encounters along the US-Mexico border — objects performing manoeuvres beyond any known aircraft, captured on video, reported to supervisors, and then buried. DHS agents were actively discouraged from reporting sightings. Some videos were confiscated.

The CBP Pattern

The US-Mexico border is one of the most intensively monitored stretches of airspace in North America. CBP operates aircraft, drone fleets, and ground sensors continuously. When veteran CBP pilots and agents with years of experience encounter objects that perform manoeuvres well beyond the capabilities of any conventional aircraft — and report them up the chain to silence — the institutional response itself becomes the story.

Multiple CBP and DHS officials shared accounts and videos with a former CBP agent who spoke to The Debrief. Sightings included objects without discernible propulsion performing rapid accelerations and direction changes consistent with the UAP performance envelope documented in Navy pilot testimony. The agent attempted to establish a formal reporting process within CBP — and was discouraged from doing so.

The DHS-UAP Connection

The DHS connection to UAP runs deeper than border encounters. KONA BLUE — the Prospective Special Access Program proposed to protect ‘non-human biologics’ — was a DHS programme. The KONA BLUE proposal explicitly cited ‘consciousness studies’ alongside advanced technology research. DHS was chosen as the host agency specifically because its mission — homeland security — could plausibly cover UAP retrieval and analysis work that would be anomalous in a purely military context.

This research is a Congressional interest item. This research addresses the critical need for the United States science and technology community to identify global emerging and/or potentially disruptive technologies.

IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION — The Homeland Connection

IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION, the alleged Unacknowledged SAP tracking UAP and Reproduction Vehicles, categorises encounters across all domains including border and homeland territory. If DHS agents are encountering anomalous craft along the border with no reporting mechanism and active discouragement from supervisors, the data gap this creates is directly relevant to the intelligence picture IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION is allegedly assembling.
