CORE CLAIMS (as stated in the document): 1. “Advanced spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin, called ETVs, have been downed, retrieved and studied since at least the 1940s and possibly as early as the 1930s.” 2. “Classified, above top-secret projects possess fully operational anti-gravity propulsion devices and new energy generation systems.” 3. By the early 1950s the programs had been reverse-engineered enough to understand the basic physics — this is precisely when secrecy was exponentially escalated. 4.
