On September 9, 2025, the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets held a major UAP hearing. For the first time in US history, an active-duty Navy official testified publicly before Congress about a UAP incident. SENIOR CHIEF PETTY OFFICER ALEXANDRO WIGGINS — 23 years of service, USS Jackson, 2023: “What I observed and what our crew recorded was not consistent with conventional aircraft or drones, as they appear on our system. A self-luminous Tic Tac-shaped object emerged from the ocean before linking up with three other similar objects. The orb then disappeared simultaneously with a high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration.” No sonic boom. No conventional propulsion signature. Objects detected on multiple sensors including radar. Active duty. On record. Under oath. CONTEXT — USS JACKSON 2023: This incident adds transmedium emergence (ocean to air) and multi-craft synchronized departure to the documented Navy USO/UAP case files — and is confirmed by an active duty service member, not a retired whistleblower, not a journalist, directly to Congress. The September 2025 hearing also featured the first public release of the MQ-9/Hellfire footage from Yemen October 2024 — a US Reaper drone fired a Hellfire missile at a high-speed orb. The UAP appeared to be struck, but was not destroyed. According to Rep. Burlison: “It kept going, and it looked like the debris was taken with it.” NORTHROP GRUMMAN ACQUISITIONS — THE TRW/TELEDYNE RYAN THREAD: UAP researcher UAP Gerb has documented that Northrop Grumman systematically acquired companies implicated in UAP programs: TRW Space Systems (major DoD/NRO satellite contractor), Teledyne Ryan (reconnaissance drones, defense sensors), and BDM (named alongside SAIC and Lockheed as “keepers of the keys” by a senior Naval Reserve officer in 1994 congressional correspondence). Dr. Salvatore Pais, whose exotic Navy patents form the core of our Physics Lab section, was an “advanced concepts analyst with Northrop Grumman” before his Navy role.
