JULY 26 2023 — THE HEARING THAT CHANGED HISTORY / FRAVOR + GRAVES + GRUSCH SWORN TESTIMONY

July 26, 2023: The House Oversight Committee’s national security subcommittee held the first serious Congressional UAP hearing in 50 years — the first since 1966. Three witnesses testified under oath. What they said has never been officially challenged, retracted, or formally disputed by any US government agency. The hearing established three facts on the public record simultaneously: UAPs are routinely encountered by military pilots (Graves), at least one encounter produced irrefutable sensor data showing impossible performance (Fravor), and the US government has operated programs to retrieve and reverse-engineer non-human craft with recovered biologics (Grusch).

Commander David Fravor under oath: “I think it was not from this world… After 18 years of flying, I’ve never seen anything close.” He described the Nimitz Tic Tac in detail, the USS Princeton radar tracking, the object’s response to his approach, and its instant disappearance to 60 miles distance. He was asked: could any US or foreign military technology explain it? “Absolutely not.” A decorated naval aviator with the highest security clearances, under oath, in front of Congress.

Ryan Graves under oath: UAPs are encountered routinely by military pilots and grossly underreported due to career stigma. He described the Theodore Roosevelt daily encounters of 2014-2015. He described the Vandenberg Red Square case (Boeing contractors, 100-yard red square from the ocean, 45 seconds over launch facility). He stated: “As a former naval aviator who encountered UAPs personally and now hears from hundreds of active-duty and commercial pilots, I can say the stigma is real and powerful.”

David Grusch under oath: The US government has operated a multi-decade program to retrieve and reverse-engineer non-human craft. Non-human biologics have been recovered from crash sites. People have been harmed in the cover-up effort. He was asked directly: have you been retaliated against? “Yes.” He was asked: have you seen evidence? “I have.” He was asked: do you believe the programs exist? “Absolutely.” The IC Inspector General had already ruled his complaint “urgent and credible” before the hearing. Grusch’s testimony was the most significant statement on UAP ever made under oath to Congress.

What happened next: Nothing was refuted. AARO did not issue a substantive rebuttal. The DoD did not challenge any specific claim. The Senate Intelligence Committee stated it had received classified briefings suggesting legacy programs existed outside normal oversight. The investigation of the 11+ missing and dead scientists began accelerating. McCasland vanished 7 months later. The 300-day clock of Trump’s 2026 executive order is running. The hearing was not a conclusion. It was a beginning.
