Liberation Times has obtained confirmation from sources that Matthew Sullivan — Case 3 of UAP Oracle’s 11 missing and dead scientists — was directly involved in the technical aspects of a UAP legacy program concerning a craft believed to be possibly of non-human origin.
Sullivan died on May 12, 2024, aged 39. He was the Deputy Director of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He had been asked by Congress to provide UAP testimony. He was dead within two weeks of being scheduled.
The New Detail — Private Company Work
The Liberation Times source reveals that Sullivan conducted his UAP program work through a private company collaborating with US intelligence agencies — but that his involvement began during his active-duty Air Force service. This is the contractor bridge model: classified UAP work starts inside government, transitions to private company under contract, continues outside standard government oversight. The same model documented across the entire contractor network — SAIC, Lockheed, Battelle, EG&G.
Sullivan was not a peripheral figure who stumbled onto UAP information. He was technically inside the program. He knew what the craft was. He was prepared to tell Congress, with David Grusch’s support.
Burlison’s Letter to Kash Patel
Representative Eric Burlison formally wrote to FBI Director Kash Patel requesting a criminal investigation into Sullivan’s death. Burlison’s letter stated: “The sudden and suspicious circumstances surrounding his death raise serious concerns about possible foul play and the safety of other relevant individuals.”
The Intelligence Community Inspector General investigation reportedly uncovered “serious allegations of misconduct and potentially illegal activity” pointing to Sullivan’s death not being a suicide. The IC IG designation of the case as “urgent and credible” — plus the referral to FBI — means two separate oversight bodies have concluded this requires criminal investigation.
Sullivan knew about non-human craft. He was going to testify. He is dead. The IC IG says it was not suicide. This is the testimony pattern — the most direct evidence of the mechanism by which UAP program secrecy is enforced.
