The Debrief (Nov 2023) analysed DOE/NNSA Operations Reports filed by the Protective Force Division covering UAP sightings and suspected unauthorized drone incidents at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and other DOE facilities from May 2018 through April 2021. LLNL context: Lawrence Livermore is one of the US’s two primary nuclear weapons design laboratories. Site 300 — 15 miles east of the main campus — is used for high-explosives testing and nuclear weapons materials research. KEY INCIDENT — April 30, 2019 (LLNL Process Area): Protective Force observer reported “a round silver drone flying around the Process Area and periodically stopping and hovering for several seconds.” Object moved north, stopped and hovered again. Flew over the area for several minutes. Report quote: “It flew over the area for several minutes and departed south east. It was really high up and it looked like it was just under the clouds.” SIGNIFICANCE: A round silver object periodically stopping and hovering over the nuclear weapons Process Area matches documented UAP characteristics across the dossier — not standard drone behaviour. The NNSA documents also include historical correspondence on UAP observations. NNSA FY DOCUMENTS: The NNSA Frequently Requested Documents page lists UAP/UFO Resources by fiscal year: FY2019, FY2020, FY2021, FY2022, FY2023, FY2024 — six consecutive years of acknowledged NNSA UAP documentation. CROSS-REFERENCE: LANL (Chavez, Casias), KCNSC (Garcia) are also NNSA facilities in our active scientist case file. Every cluster in the 11 scientists dossier connects to an NNSA facility.
