Northrop Plant 42 Palmdale Named to Congress by Corbell/Knapp — B-21 “Cerberus” Now Flying — 40 Aircraft in Production — 7 Consecutive Unexplained Drone Incursions August 2024 — Camera-Equipped, Zero Identified — Dr. Pais Was Northrop Advanced Concepts Analyst Before Navy Patents — UAP Gerb Full Northrop Deep Dive

Plant 42, Palmdale, California (3520 East Avenue M) was named directly to Congress by Knapp and Corbell as one of two facilities believed to hold UAP materials. The same facility is the active production site for the B-21 Raider stealth bomber. B-21 CERBERUS: The first test aircraft is nicknamed “Cerberus” (the multi-headed guardian of the underworld). Unveiled December 2, 2022, first flight November 10, 2023. Second B-21 flew September 11, 2025. Approximately 40 aircraft in production as of April 2025. Many aspects of the B-21 program remain highly classified. DRONE INCURSIONS AUGUST 2024: Liberation Times obtained USAF documents showing 7 consecutive days of drone incursions over Plant 42 and Palmdale Regional Airport (August 2-9, 2024). Camera-equipped rotary-wing drones hovered over sensitive areas including Site 4, associated with the B-21 Raider. Despite patrol responses and FAA coordination, not one drone brought down or operator identified. Assessment: capabilities beyond hobbyist — likely foreign surveillance or unannounced red team exercise. PAIS-NORTHROP LINK: Dr. Salvatore Pais — Navy patent inventor of the HEEMFG (High Energy EM Field Generator), room-temperature superconductor, and hybrid aerospace-underwater craft — was previously an advanced concepts analyst at Northrop Grumman before the Department of the Navy and then US Space Force. Navy invested at least $466,000 in Pais research since 2017. NORTHROP UAP LEGACY: UAP Gerb (Sam) produced a dedicated episode on Northrop UAP legacy crash retrieval programs, examining acquisitions of TRW, Teledyne Ryan, and BDM.
