Operation Golden Domes: The CIA/USAF Program That Shot Down UAP

INTELLIGENCE BRIEF: Multiple sources have confirmed to Liberation Times that during the Obama administration, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and CIA official Stephanie O’Sullivan jointly oversaw a covert program — codenamed GOLDEN DOMES — capable of detecting, tracking, and physically shooting down exotic vehicles of suspected non-human origin.
What Golden Domes Was
Three independent sources told Liberation Times that Golden Domes was a joint CIA–United States Air Force program, active during Clapper’s tenure as Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (2007–2010) and continuing through his directorship of the DNI. O’Sullivan led the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology before becoming the agency’s third-most senior officer in 2009 — the same period the program was operational.
According to one source, the program employed a mix of electronic and laser-based capabilities specifically designed to bring down what the source described as “exotic non-human vehicles.” Critically, the program could allegedly detect and track UAP even when cloaked — suggesting sensors operating outside the standard electromagnetic spectrum used by conventional radar.
“In fact, without being inappropriate, I will say that General Clapper was well aware of the crash retrieval issue, managed the crash retrieval issue, and, when he was a DNI, USDI, DIA, he placed people in critical roles to manage this issue, both publicly — and I’ll just say not publicly as well.”

The Chain of Command
The Golden Domes revelation slots directly into the control structure documented by UAP researchers. Clapper served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (1991–1995), Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (2007–2010), and Director of National Intelligence (2010–2017) — an unbroken 26-year span covering the most critical period of UAP program management after the Cold War. His attorney connection is equally notable: Grusch’s own lawyer, Charles McCullough III, served as the Intelligence Community Inspector General reporting directly to Clapper as DNI.
Grusch explicitly named Dick Cheney — identified in the UAP Oracle Master Dossier as the post-1990s patron of UAP funding through DOE channels — as “the closest person to a mob boss” exerting “central leadership” over UAP-related activities. Golden Domes, if confirmed, represents the active operational arm of that leadership structure: not just concealment, but active engagement with craft in US airspace.
Key Intelligence Gaps
ORACLE ASSESSMENT: Golden Domes, if confirmed, upgrades the UAP control structure from passive concealment to active engagement. A program that shoots down craft necessarily implies recovery operations, biological material collection, and escalating contact protocols. The connection to Pax River storage, CIA custodianship since the 1950s, and the Cheney funding architecture is not coincidental — this is the same network operating at different layers of the same program.
