Inaugural Symposium (Stanford, November 2023): Invitation-only. Speakers included Avi Loeb (Harvard/Galileo Project), Charles McCullough (former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community — the official who ruled Matthew Sullivan’s case “urgent and credible” and referred it to the FBI), Christopher Mellon (former Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense for Intelligence), Colonel Karl E. Nell (former UAPTF), Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Diana Pasulka (religious studies, Vatican UAP archives), Ryan Graves, and David Grusch (surprise appearance). The IC Inspector General vouching for the Sullivan case while speaking at a Stanford UAP conference reflects an intelligence community faction actively pushing disclosure through civilian institutional channels.
2024 Symposium (Fort Mason, San Francisco — sold out): Karl Nell presented “UAP/NHI Hilbert Problems” — a mathematical framework for unresolved NHI research. Nell had publicly stated: “Non-human intelligence exists” and “there are unelected people in the government” controlling UAP programs. Admiral Gallaudet’s “Whole of Government UAP Policy” followed his Congressional testimony that some UAP are “nonhuman higher intelligence.” Eric Davis (Wilson-Davis memo physicist) and Ryan Graves (AI-powered space-based UAP detection system, flight-testing in space 2026) also presented.
