Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais (born Romania 1967) — PhD Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Case Western Reserve University 1999. NASA research fellow. Works at NAVAIR/NAWCAD (Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division), NAS Patuxent River, Maryland — the Navy’s top aircraft test base. Also worked in Strategic Systems Programs (Trident nuclear missile division). THE FOUR PATENTS: (1) CRAFT USING AN INERTIAL MASS REDUCTION DEVICE (HAUC — Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft, filed 2016, granted December 2018): A conical craft that can travel through air, water, and space at “extreme speeds” by creating a quantum vacuum with polarized energy field. No heat signature. Initially REJECTED by USPTO. Granted only after Navy Chief Technology Officer James Sheehy wrote to USPTO warning that Chinese military was developing similar technology and stating that “Pais has already begun a series of experiments to design and demonstrate advanced High energy Density/High Power propulsion systems.” HAUC patent expired January 9, 2023 — non-payment of maintenance fees. (2) ROOM TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR (filed 2017, published 2019): Zero-resistance power transmission. (3) HIGH FREQUENCY GRAVITATIONAL WAVE GENERATOR (filed 2017, granted 2019): Propulsion, asteroid deflection, communications through solid objects. (4) PLASMA COMPRESSION FUSION DEVICE (filed 2018, published 2019): Compact fusion reactor, gigawatt-to-terawatt range. Published in IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science November 2019 — rare peer-reviewed acceptance. ALL FUNDED BY: Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) program “The High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator (HEEMFG).” The War Zone FOIA emails confirmed internal demonstrations had been conducted. Multiple physicists called the patents “pseudoscientific language.” Alternative theory: patents are deliberate disinformation to mislead China about US research directions.
