US Law Now Mandates Collection of ALL Government Records on “Non-Human Intelligence.” Record Group 615 Established at National Archives. Every Federal Agency Required to Transfer UAP Records.

Sections 1841-1843 of the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (Public Law 118-31), now codified at 44 U.S.C. 2107, legally established Record Group 615: the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Records Collection at the National Archives. The scope of required records is extraordinary: “copies of ALL Government, Government-provided, or Government-funded records relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena, technologies of unknown origin, and NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE.” Every federal agency — CIA, NSA, DoD, DOE, NASA, FAA, and all others — was required to identify, review, and transfer copies of all UAP records to NARA by September 30, 2025. Records are being transferred on a rolling basis and are being made available online through the National Archives Catalog. For classified or restricted records, agencies must transfer both redacted public copies AND full unredacted copies. All postponed (fully withheld) records still require Congressional notification. The word “non-human intelligence” now appears in US law as a mandatory category for government record collection and archival. Records already at NARA include Project Blue Book (RG 341, 12,618 reports, 94 rolls microfilm), CIA documents (RG 263), FAA records (RG 237), and NASA records (RG 255).
