Australian Office of National Intelligence — Five Eyes UAP Node — Directly Named by Coulthart as Interested Party in South Korea Giant Craft Site

The Australian Office of National Intelligence (oni.gov.au) is Australia’s peak intelligence coordinating body — distinct from the US Office of Naval Intelligence (oni.navy.mil). Established 2018 as evolution of the Office of National Assessments. Director-General as of December 2025: Kathy Klugman (third DG). Previous DG: Andrew Shearer (Senate Estimates October 2025). FIVE EYES UAP RELEVANCE: Australia is a Five Eyes partner (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Ross Coulthart explicitly stated the South Korea giant craft site is “of as much interest to the UK as it is to Australia as it is to America” — Australia’s ONI coordinates the exact agencies that would have access to this program. AGENCIES COORDINATED BY AUSTRALIAN ONI: ASD (Australian Signals Directorate — equivalent of NSA), ASIS (Australian Secret Intelligence Service — equivalent of CIA), AGO (Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation — equivalent of NGA), ASIO (domestic counterintelligence), DIO (Defence Intelligence Organisation), AFP, AUSTRAC. PINE GAP CONNECTION: Pine Gap is a joint US-Australian signals intelligence facility near Alice Springs — one of the most classified US facilities outside the United States, operated jointly by CIA and ASD. Pine Gap monitors satellite communications for the entire Asia-Pacific region including North Korea. It is one of the top candidate locations for the “too big to move” craft before South Korea was identified. ASIO ANNUAL THREAT ASSESSMENT 2025: Espionage and foreign interference at extreme levels. National terrorism threat level raised in 2024. Australia facing “most complex strategic circumstances in recent history.” 2024 Independent Intelligence Review released March 2025 under Shearer.
