Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN): The most persistent Congressional advocate for UAP transparency. House Oversight Committee member, co-led the historic July 2023 and November 2024 UAP hearings. Has been relentless against institutional stonewalling: “We’re going to uncover the cover-up.” Formally requested FBI Director Kash Patel investigate foul play in Matthew Sullivan’s death. Flagged Ning Li as an additional missing scientists case. Co-authored legislation mandating UAP declassification reviews. Described the McCasland and Casias disappearances: “They literally just disappeared. Left all their devices at home. This is NOT NORMAL.”
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL): Co-led UAP hearings alongside Burchett. Pushed for classification reviews and expanded whistleblower protections. Introduced legislation broadening the UADPA declassification mandate. Has stated she believes the government is withholding craft and non-human materials from Congress.
Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet (ret.): PhD in oceanography (Scripps), former Oceanographer of the Navy, former Acting Administrator of NOAA (2017–2019). Has personally seen UAP and Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) footage while on active duty in the US Navy. Testified to Congress (November 2024) that at least some UAP represent “nonhuman higher intelligence.” Research affiliate with Avi Loeb’s Galileo Project. Advisory board, Americans for Safe Aerospace. His NOAA and Navy oceanography background gives him specific visibility into the underwater UAP dimension — the least publicly discussed aspect of the phenomenon.
Colonel Karl Nell (ret.): Former Deputy Chief of Staff, US Africa Command; member of the original UAP Task Force. At a May 2024 public event: “Non-human intelligence exists” and “there are unelected people in the government” controlling UAP programs outside democratic oversight. At Sol Foundation 2024, presented the “UAP/NHI Hilbert Problems” — treating NHI research as a set of formally solvable scientific challenges. A former senior military officer making these statements on the record is without precedent.
Leslie Kean (journalist): Co-authored the New York Times story published December 16, 2017 (with Helene Cooper and Ralph Blumenthal) that revealed AATIP, released the three Navy videos, and triggered the entire modern disclosure movement. Previously authored “UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record” (2010). Vouched for David Grusch’s credibility publicly. Without her reporting, TTSA’s videos likely never reached the public record.
Ross Coulthart (journalist): Australian investigative journalist (60 Minutes Australia, NewsNation). Authored “In Plain Sight” (2021). Interviewed David Grusch before Grusch went public and helped him navigate the disclosure process. Has stated on record that he has personally spoken with multiple credible sources who have seen verified non-human technology. His investigative work on the DoE NNSA connection directly contributed to the congressional investigation of the 11+ missing and dead scientists.
