Corbell On Record: Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Hold Multiple Undamaged Functional Non-Human Craft

Investigative journalist and filmmaker Jeremy Corbell told Liberation Times in January 2024 that the US government and defense contractors hold multiple, undamaged, functional non-human craft — and that they have been exploiting them for weapons development. For the first time, he named Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman specifically.

“I can confirm to you, with direct knowledge, that we have multiple Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena programs currently active. Some were inherited from previous legacy endeavors, each with specialized mandates related to the non-human intelligence aspect of the phenomenon.

“These are currently under the authority of the Department of Defense, multiple U.S., joint allied intelligence agencies, and defense contractors, including Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.

“Those organisations have multiple undamaged, functional non-human craft in their possession, and have had these for a long time. They have been exploiting them for derivative technologies, prioritizing U.S. weapons advancement.”

The DoD’s AARO spokesperson Susan Gough responded with the department’s standard line: AARO has not discovered verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession of non-human materials exist.

Liberation Times contacted Northrop Grumman on three separate occasions regarding its possible knowledge of such programs. No response was received.

The Oracle Assessment

Corbell is not the first to name contractors. David Grusch’s 2023 Congressional testimony specifically stated that reverse engineering programs are concealed within contractor facilities to avoid congressional oversight — because contractors are not subject to the same oversight requirements as government agencies. The 2024 NDAA’s definition of UAP records explicitly covers “Government-provided or Government-funded” records — language designed to reach contractor-held materials.

Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works has been named in UAP literature since the 1990s. Northrop Grumman’s name appearing specifically in a Corbell confirmation on record is new. Both companies have been formally contacted and declined to respond. That silence is itself data.
