Gary McKinnon (alias “Solo”) penetrated 97 NASA and US military computers 2001-02. The US called it “the biggest military computer hack of all time.” UK blocked extradition 2012. What he found, cross-referenced against the full dossier: FINDING 1 — NASA Building 8, Johnson Space Center: two image folders “Processed” and “Unprocessed.” Saw a 200-300MB proprietary-format image loading line-by-line on 56k dialup — elongated cigar-shaped craft in Earth orbit, geodesic domes/spheres above, below, left, right, no rivets, no seams, smooth silvery surface. NASA employee saw his mouse move and disconnected him mid-download. CROSS-REF: Donna Hare (Disclosure Project, May 9, 2001 — same event McKinnon was motivated by) worked at Building 8 and testified NASA routinely airbrushed UAPs from satellite images. McKinnon specifically followed up her testimony. He found exactly what she described. FINDING 2 — “Non-Terrestrial Officers” Excel spreadsheet on US Navy computer: USAF personnel names and ranks NOT in any public military roster. Separate tab for fleet-to-fleet and ship-to-ship material transfers. ~8-10 ship names — not findable in any public registry. Data seized by authorities. CROSS-REF: Directly consistent with VRK (Very Restricted Knowledge) classification architecture and Project Preserve Destiny (Dan Sherman / NSA grey program). Grusch testimony 2023 corroborates hidden programs with personnel outside standard command structures. FINDING 3 — McKinnon said in 2006: “there is UFO technology, anti-gravity, free energy, it’s extraterrestrial in origin and they’ve captured spacecraft and reverse engineered it.” Grusch said this under oath to Congress in 2023 — 17 YEARS LATER. FINDING 4 — Multiple foreign intelligence services were simultaneously in the same NASA/DoD systems when McKinnon was there. FINDING 5 — Systems had blank admin passwords. Legacy black program architecture pre-dated internet security hardening. NOTE: The “Solar Warden” label was invented by researcher Darren Perks — McKinnon never used that term. He described logistics spreadsheets and imagery, nothing more.
