KEY FINDINGS: REQUEST 00024 (Slaughter): “Alternative Compensatory Control Measure-routed programs involving ANTINEUTRINOS in relation to UAP/UFO/USO.” ACCM routing is above SAP — used when a program is so sensitive it cannot be on standard classified networks. Someone knew to request antineutrinos (sub-atomic particles connected to nuclear reactions, nearly impossible to detect) specifically in connection with UAP. REQUEST 00045 (Camp): Requesting briefing to DoD and Senate Armed Services Committee (Oct 21, 2019) and Senate Intelligence Committee (Oct 23, 2019) by unnamed source about “OFF-WORLD VEHICLES NOT MADE ON THIS EARTH.” This is almost certainly the Eric Davis briefing — directly in our dossier. REQUEST 00035 (Fitzgerald): “SENTIENT — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & HYPER-SPECTRAL SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY” — SENTIENT is NGA’s AI/ML system that processes all global satellite imagery. Someone linking NGA’s most powerful AI directly to UAP surveillance. REQUEST 00006 (Raasch): KH-11 Block III spy satellite photos over Russia showing “light orbs, UFOs, The Phenomenon” + documentation of working groups at Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, and Northrop “stemming from an event involving the photos.” America’s most advanced spy satellite photographed UAPs over Russia — and this allegedly triggered working groups at every major defense contractor. REQUEST 00031 (Phelan/SUNY Albany): Requesting NGA satellite data for July 16, 2021 near San Diego after physics researchers detected “anomalous radiation (high energy particles 20-40 MeV) correlated with unusual cloud formation” — civilian physicists independently detected possible UAP-related radiation signatures.
