CONFIRMED ON RECORD: “I have confirmed that Robert Bigelow and a trusted colleague from AAWSAP met with and negotiated with senior executives at Lockheed Martin and hammered out a deal wherein Bigelow’s company BAASS would receive a quantity of unusual material that Lockheed was safeguarding at a facility in California.” That material was described as not made here. The deal was killed — CIA and DIA intervened and prevented the transfer from completing. MOVING VANS WARNING: Knapp warned Congress directly that officials should get there before the moving vans back up, which they are probably on their way right now — a direct warning that UAP materials at Lockheed risk being relocated before any Congressional inspection can occur.
