Plant 42, Palmdale, California (3520 East Avenue M) was named directly to Congress by Knapp and Corbell as one of two facilities believed to hold UAP materials. The same facility produces the B-21 Raider stealth bomber. B-21 CERBERUS: First test aircraft nicknamed Cerberus after the multi-headed guardian of the underworld in Greek mythology. Unveiled December 2, 2022 at Plant 42. First flight November 10, 2023. Second B-21 flew September 11, 2025. Approximately 40 aircraft in production as of April 2025. Many aspects of the B-21 special access program remain classified. DRONE INCURSIONS AUGUST 2024: Liberation Times obtained USAF documents showing 7 consecutive days of drone incursions over Plant 42 and Palmdale Regional Airport between August 2-9, 2024. Camera-equipped rotary-wing drones hovered over sensitive areas including Site 4, directly associated with the B-21 Raider program. Despite patrol responses and FAA coordination, not a single drone was brought down or its operator identified. Assessment: beyond hobbyist capabilities — consistent with foreign surveillance or red team exercise. PAIS-NORTHROP LINK: Dr. Salvatore Pais, Navy patent inventor of the HEEMFG, room-temperature superconductor, and hybrid aerospace-underwater craft, was previously an advanced concepts analyst at Northrop Grumman before joining the Department of the Navy Strategic Systems Program and then the US Space Force. The Navy invested at least $466,000 in Pais research since 2017. NORTHROP UAP LEGACY: UAP Gerb produced a full dedicated episode on Northrop’s alleged UAP legacy crash retrieval programs, examining acquisitions of TRW, Teledyne Ryan, and BDM, and alleged crash retrieval team operations.
