The program uses AI-driven backdoors established in existing Navy and Air Force sensor platforms. When a pilot’s FLIR locks onto a UAP, the data is CLONED — one copy goes to the classified Constellation database, the other — often scrubbed or degraded — goes to official archives. This is why FOIA requests return grainy footage while pilots report high-definition video. Intelligence types collected: infrared, FLIR, full motion video, still photography, MASINT, HUMINT. (3) KUWAIT ORBS — 13-MINUTE VIDEO: A 13-minute high-definition full-color video of a white orb UAP emerging from the ocean approximately 20 miles off the coast of Kuwait, filmed from a helicopter. Midway through, a second orb joins from the left before rapidly departing. The video was discovered on SIPRNET (DoD classified network). (4) Triangular craft hovering silently above Russian naval vessels. UAP TYPES DOCUMENTED: Spheres/orbs, discs/saucers, ovals, triangles, boomerang/arrowhead, irregular/organic. MATTHEW BROWN — THE WHISTLEBLOWER: Former DoD and State Department national security official. Discovered Immaculate Constellation accidentally while conducting authorized research on classified systems — found a document labelled “2018 Schriever Wargames.” Reported to supervisors — was told to DELETE THE FILES.
