July 27, 2023: The most consequential Congressional UAP hearing in history. Three military veterans testified before the House Oversight Committee’s national security subcommittee. GRUSCH TESTIMONY — THE CORE: Retired Maj. David Grusch, former NGA/UAPTF intelligence officer, testified under oath: (1) The US government has operated a “multi-decade” secret UAP reverse engineering program. (2) The US has recovered non-human “biologics” from alleged crash sites — “that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to, that are currently still on the program.” (3) He knows the “exact locations” of UAPs currently in US possession. (4) His testimony is based on 40+ witnesses interviewed over 4 years, including “photography, official documentation, and classified oral testimony.” (5) This evidence has been “intentionally kept secret from Congress.” (6) Grusch and colleagues have been subjected to “administrative terrorism” — “it was very brutal and very unfortunate. Some of the tactics they used to hurt me both professionally and personally.” (7) He has “at times feared for his life” since coming forward. SCIF DEFLECTION: When asked whether anyone had been MURDERED to cover up UAP information, Grusch said he could only elaborate in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). He did not deny it. PENTAGON RESPONSE: Defense Department spokeswoman Susan Gough issued a statement the same day saying inquiries had not turned up “any verifiable information” to substantiate claims about reverse-engineering programs. The denial was issued within hours of sworn congressional testimony.
