NUFORC’s investigators spent months conducting formal witness interviews on their four best 2024 cases. Their conclusion: all four witnesses credible, all four events “of an anomalous nature.” Key 2024-2025 cases documented at nuforc.org: (1) MICHIGAN WOODLAND ENCOUNTERS (September-October 2025): Over several consecutive nights, a couple on 40 wooded acres of isolated northern Michigan property repeatedly encountered basketball-sized illuminated objects appearing at eye level in their yard. The witnesses: a 76-year-old professional artist and her 87-year-old husband, a PhD psychologist with decades of academic training in evaluating human perception. NUFORC treated this as one of their most credible 2025 reports. (2) OCTAHEDRONS: NUFORC documented octahedron-shaped (eight-faced, diamond-like) UAPs appearing in multiple credible 2025 reports — a morphology type that has not previously featured prominently in the historical catalog. (3) THE GREAT DRONE FLAP 2024: NUFORC tracked 65+ reports of large, low-flying objects with bright flashing lights across multiple states — assessed as possibly conforming to “drone” description but the genuine nature of the objects remained unresolved. The pattern of simultaneous multi-state sightings was documented. (4) VOLUME: In a single reporting period NUFORC added 929 new reports spanning from recent sightings to recollections dating to 1960. The database grows continuously.
