The pattern was indistinguishable from the US cases documented 30 years earlier — thousands of kilometres away, three decades later, in a different country with no connection to the classified US military aviation technology proposed as one explanation for the American cases.
Why Argentina Changes the Analysis

Argentina in 2002 is not the United States in 1975. Whatever produced the Argentine wave was not the US government conducting domestic biological monitoring. The Argentine cases eliminate the government-operation hypothesis as a universal explanation. What remains is either independent parallel development of the same classified capability by an unknown actor — or a source that operates across national boundaries without regard to jurisdiction.

If the mutilations represent systematic biological sampling of Earth’s mammalian population, the specific organs removed are diagnostically significant. Lymph nodes: the primary indicators of immune system health and disease exposure. Reproductive organs: genetic health, fertility, endocrine function. Rectum: gut microbiome, parasite load, digestive chemistry. Eyes: neurological health, toxin accumulation in fatty tissue. Blood: complete metabolic panel in a single extraction.
Taken together, these seven organ groups provide a comprehensive health profile of a large mammal — indistinguishable from what a systematic long-term environmental health monitoring programme would target if assessing the biological impact of human industrial activity, radiation dispersion, chemical contamination, or disease emergence on a planetary population. Cattle are the ideal sampling animal: widespread globally, large enough for reliable tissue extraction, genetically consistent enough for longitudinal comparison, and geographically distributed to provide planetary coverage.
This hypothesis does not require extraterrestrial origin. It requires only a capability that exceeds the currently acknowledged boundaries of human technology — precision tissue extraction in the field, bloodless removal, sedation without injection site evidence, transport without ground contact. That capability either exists in a classified programme we are not aware of, or it doesn’t originate with any human organisation.
