Usovo Soviet Nuclear Near-Miss — UAPs Activated Soviet ICBMs Targeting New York — Soviet Military Powerless to Stop Launch Sequence — Only Stopped When UFOs Vanished — Russia’s Malmstrom

INCIDENT: Early 1980s. Soviet missile base near Usovo, Ukrainian SSR. Multiple glowing objects appeared over the base — shifting shape, changing color, darting at impossible speeds. Objects hovered directly above launch silos. High-ranking witnesses sketched the formations. Their accounts were stamped with official seals. THE ACTIVATION: Senior communications officer inside the control bunker watched the launch console light up without any human input. Correct firing codes were somehow entered — codes only known to specific personnel. Soviet ICBMs capable of reaching New York City in 25 minutes were fully primed for launch. Soviet military was powerless to cancel the sequence. They could only watch. TERMINATION: At the EXACT moment the UAPs vanished from the sky above the base, the launch sequence stopped. Power returned to normal. THE INVESTIGATION: Colonel Boris Sokolov — overseer of what became the largest UFO investigation in world history — sent a team to Usovo, dismantled the launch control system, and concluded the UAPs were responsible for seizing control of Russia’s atomic weapons. Sokolov interpreted it as “some kind of message.” DOCUMENTS: Russian material has official military stamps, unit identifiers, and names of senior officers at Usovo. Journalist George Knapp obtained these files in the 1990s and testified about them before Congress on September 9, 2025. They were also shared with AAWSAP (the DIA/Bigelow program). CROSS-REFERENCE: This is the MIRROR of Malmstrom 1967 — where US UAPs DISABLED American ICBMs. At Usovo, Soviet UAPs ACTIVATED Soviet ICBMs. Both sides of the nuclear-UAP equation are documented. Robert Salas (Malmstrom) in our dossier. Colonel Sokolov (Usovo) from Mystery Wire. The pattern is identical: UAPs operate at nuclear weapons sites and demonstrate capability to control launch systems. This is not a random pattern.
