Col. Matthew McCasland commanded AFRL at Wright-Patterson and Kirtland. Monica Reza invented the Mondaloy super-alloy under programmes McCasland supervised 2001-2004. Both are missing. This is the strongest documented connection between any two cases in the investigation.

Mark Sullivan worked at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson AFB. He requested a Congressional interview about UAP. The Intelligence Community Inspector General assessed his subsequent death as ‘urgent and credible.’ He never testified.

Phil Schneider was a government geological engineer who claimed involvement in building underground military bases and a violent encounter with non-human entities at Dulce, New Mexico. He gave public lectures in 1995-96 stating he expected to be killed. He was found dead January 17, 1996, with a catheter cord around his neck. Ruled suicide.

Jacques Vallée — the astrophysicist who served as the model for the French scientist in Close Encounters — has argued for 50 years that UAP are not extraterrestrial vehicles but manifestations of an interdimensional control system that has been manipulating human consciousness and culture throughout history. The Collins Elite may have reached the same conclusion through classified channels.

On February 19, 2026, President Trump posted on Truth Social that he was directing agencies to begin identifying and releasing UAP files. The key word is ‘begin.’ Nothing was declassified by the post. Here is a plain-language breakdown of what the directive does and doesn’t do.

DIA official James Lacatski visited Skinwalker Ranch after reading a book about it. He had an anomalous experience. He told Senator Harry Reid. The result was AAWSAP — a $22 million classified programme. The ranch is now under DoD-funded active research. One property directly produced the modern US UAP disclosure movement.

Dr. Ning Li published peer-reviewed papers on anti-gravity via superconductor disc in the early 1990s. NASA and the US Army funded her. She formed AC Gravity LLC in 1999 with further Army funding. Then she disappeared from public view entirely. She died in 2021. No results from AC Gravity LLC have ever been published.

Dr. Salvatore Pais filed patents at the Naval Air Warfare Center describing inertial mass reduction via electromagnetic fields, a compact fusion reactor, and a room-temperature superconductor. When the USPTO said the claims were not credible, the Navy submitted a letter defending them. The Navy’s institutional endorsement of exotic propulsion physics is now in the public record.

From 2007 to 2012, the Defense Intelligence Agency funded a $22 million classified programme — AAWSAP — that commissioned research into traversable wormholes, warp drive, negative energy, stargates, and invisibility cloaking. The contract went to Robert Bigelow. The anchor site was Skinwalker Ranch.

In 2002, Argentina experienced a wave of thousands of cattle mutilations matching the US 1970s pattern precisely — surgical incisions, drained of blood, no tracks. The Argentine government opened a formal investigation. No perpetrator was found.

On September 7, 1967, a horse named Lady (later called Snippy) was found dead in the San Luis Valley, Colorado. Skin and flesh removed from the neck to the head with surgical precision. No blood. A strong medicine-like smell. No tracks. It was the first widely documented case and set the template for everything that followed.

Throughout the 1973-1979 US cattle mutilation wave, unidentified aircraft were repeatedly reported near mutilation sites — sounding like ‘a quiet lawn mower,’ shining spotlights into fields, evading law enforcement. The FAA and National Guard had no record of them. Stealth helicopter development was classified at the time.

The Rommel Report — a 297-page federally funded investigation — opened with the estimate that 10,000 US cattle had been mysteriously mutilated by 1979. It closed recommending no further law enforcement investigation. The cases didn’t stop.

A detailed analysis of the three 2026 UK formations: a cross at Ilchester near RNAS Yeovilton on Easter Sunday, a vesica pisces dumbbell at Waden Hill between Silbury Hill and Avebury, and a 200ft pentagram spiral at Jack’s Plantation near Bruton — one of the most geometrically complex early-season formations in years.

On the night of August 12–13, 2001, a six-fold spiral of 409 individual circles appeared on Milk Hill in Wiltshire. Spanning approximately 900 feet, it remains the largest and most complex crop formation ever recorded. It appeared during a thunderstorm. No tracks were found entering or leaving the field.

A Hertfordshire pamphlet from 1678 describes a field mowed overnight in a circular pattern after a farmer refused to pay his labourer and declared he’d rather the Devil mow it. The next morning it was done — in a perfect circle, ‘as if it had been all of a flame.’ The earliest documented crop circle predates Bower and Chorley by 300 years.

On July 7, 1996, a pilot flew over a field next to Stonehenge at 5:30pm. Nothing there. At 6:15pm, a security guard saw the Julia Set formation — 151 individual circles encoding a fractal mathematical pattern. The field was visible from a major road. No one saw it being made.

In August 2001, two formations appeared in Hampshire next to the Chilbolton radio telescope — including one that appeared to encode a binary response to NASA’s 1974 Arecibo message, with a different DNA structure, different atomic composition, different solar system, and a non-human sender.

Michigan biophysicist W.C. Levengood spent 10 years analysing plant and soil samples from over 250 crop formations. His findings — expulsion cavities, magnetite microspheres, node elongation, clay mineral changes — are published in peer-reviewed journals. None can be replicated by boards and rope.
