IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION: The Secret UAP Program Tracking Non-Human Craft and Reverse-Engineered Alien Technology
An Unacknowledged Special Access Program codenamed IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION is allegedly tracking two categories of advanced craft: UAP of non-human origin, and Reproduction Vehicles — craft built by foreign states using reverse-engineered non-human technology. The program’s existence is now in the Congressional Record. A Special Forces soldier cited gravitic propulsion technology in a posthumous manifesto hours before his death.
The Named Program
IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION first entered public record in October 2024 through investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger, who reported the existence of an Unacknowledged Special Access Program tasked with tracking advanced craft with extraordinary capabilities. The program operates in two lanes: UAP — objects believed to be non-human in origin — and Reproduction Vehicles (RVs) — craft built by foreign states or unknown entities using reverse-engineered non-human technology. The implication of the RV category is seismic: adversary nations may already be operating anti-gravitic propulsion.
The whistleblower who authored the classified report was brought to members of the House Oversight Committee by Jeremy Corbell, who hand-delivered a 12-page document to lawmakers before the November 2024 congressional hearing. That document — with Corbell’s own cover page removed despite committee requests — is now part of the official Congressional Record.

What the Program Tracks
According to the report, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION collects, analyses and disseminates intelligence about UAP and RV activity, capabilities and known locations. Crucially, US military intelligence can distinguish between UAP and RVs — meaning there is an established technical basis for telling non-human craft from reverse-engineered human-built copies. The report includes examples of serious incidents involving global military assets and documents the most commonly observed shapes.
The Gravitic Propulsion Threat
In the weeks after the November 2024 hearing, mysterious drone swarms appeared over US and UK military installations, including classified sites in Germany. All countermeasures failed. On New Year’s Day 2025, active-duty US Special Forces operator Matthew Alan Livelsberger detonated a vehicle outside the Trump International Hotel and left a posthumous manifesto. He claimed the drones employed gravitic propulsion systems — advanced technology in operational use by both the US and China — and that Chinese submarines had launched the craft along the Atlantic coast as long-term surveillance operations.

The ODNI Suppression Attempt
When Tulsi Gabbard’s Director’s Initiatives Group opened a UAP investigation in 2025, the whistleblower Matthew Brown — the same individual behind the IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION report — became a target. Inside a classified SCIF he was described to contacts as a fabricator and racist. His co-whistleblower Dylan Borland faced similar smears. The task force was wound down in February 2026. The pattern: every time institutional machinery opens to receive UAP disclosure, counterintelligence elements close it.
